Ingredients:
Blender
6-8 ice cubes
¾ cup of strong green tea chilled
1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons of fat-free plain yogurt
2-3 tbsp of lemon juice
1 small pear, peeled, cut into pieces
2 teaspoons of agave nectar
Begin by placing all of your ingredients into the blender and blend until your mixture comes out smooth and drink whilst it is cold.
