However, if you’re feeling particularly stressed one week we have a yummy little concoction that will help relieve your stress symptoms! What you’ll need is 1 cup of sliced strawberries, 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary, lemon juice, 2 cups of slightly crushed watermelon, and a pitcher of filtered water. Using a muddler, place the strawberries and rosemary into a bowl and begin to mix them together. Grabbing a pitcher that you normally use for water, place the strawberry, rosemary, and watermelon in.Add a spoonful of lemon juice to the mix. Fill the rest of the pitcher with filtered water for the best results. Allow it to sit for 3-5 hours to let the mixture really settle in.
