Looking for a great workout that will sculpt out your back as well as help to alleviate any pain by acting as a massage as well? Well, if that sounds like your cup of tea then we’ve got a fantastic workout in store for you! The following workout will help you to realign your back, which can lose its alignment from sitting in front of a desk all day or simply not standing up straight – which many people do not. Feel your back muscles begin to shift and align in ways they probably haven’t in years as you alleviate yourself of pain and troublesome worries.
What you’ll need for this simple exercise is a stability ball. Grabbing your stability ball begin by laying your abdominal region over the ball, folding your body in half. Face down toward the ground and have your feet guarded against something sturdy in your home. Begin by lifting your hands up behind your head. Start contracting your legs and glutes while lifting up your torso so that they have created a straight line from your ankles all the way to your head. Hold this position for about two seconds and then release back into the staring pose, but still keeping your hands by your head.
Repeat this move for about 10 to 15 reps in order to really feel the changes that will begin in your back. Take a short break and then continue to do about set of reps!
