Windows Phone Market has 100,000 apps

Windows Phone 7 is now one of the most popular mobile OS, atleast one of the trending mobile OS. Windows Phone 7 OS got a lot of support from Nokia, who provided customized Nokia Lumia mobile devices for the OS, after the mutual agreement that was signed by Microsoft and Nokia.
Microsoft and Nokia are running many campaigns and contests so as to imbibe interest in mobile application developers to develop apps for Windows Phone platform. One of them being the iUnlockJoy program.
Microsoft announced the 100,000 mark. Though windows phone has lesser quality apps when compared to its leaders – android and iphone, the number of apps count has increased at a really good rate.

Both Microsoft and Nokia were able to attract developers to develop apps for wp7.5 platform.
